NATIONAL FASTING CHALLENGE

An opportunity to experience a fast for a day or more if you feel adventurous
Are you ready to challenge yourself physically, spiritually, and mentally? Get ready to boost your resilience and general well-being.

Every year 3.4 million British Muslims partake in fasting in the holy month of Ramadan. Like last year, you can join in with us to reap the physical, mental, and spiritual benefits of fasting. We are welcoming participants to offer a one day fast, five day fast or more. You decide what you feel you can handle!
